Booking System, Website and App together hereafter referred to as Freestyle Cuts Platform (Platform).

    7. Other Data
      1. includes details of your background information that you provide to us when enquiring about or when booking our services or when you apply to register with us as a Stylist and any other information you may otherwise choose to provide us information when you fill in a form, update or add information to your bookings, respond to surveys, post to community forums, participate in promotions, communicate on our Platform with us, Stylist or User, share your experience with us or use other features of the Platform. We will collect this information from you.

      4. We may share this information with relevant personnel within company and in limitation with User or Stylist but only to extent necessary to book/provide Services or deal with your complaint/enquiry.
      5. You do not have to provide this information, but you understand that if you fail to provide this information, we may be unable to assist you.
    8. Identity Verification Data
      1. includes details of identity verification information (such as images of your government issued ID, passport, national ID card, or driving license or your proof of address, your photograph or other authentication information.
      2. We will collect this information from you and in some instances may obtain this from third parties.
      3. This information is necessary to take steps to enter into and for the adequate performance of the contract between you and us and to allow us to comply with our legal obligations as well as for our legitimate business interests ie. to maintain records.

    9. Transaction Data
      1. We may require you to provide certain financial information (like your bank account or credit card information) in order to facilitate the processing of payments. We will collect information related to your payment transactions through the Platform, including the payment instrument used, date and time, payment amount, payment instrument expiration date and billing postcode, PayPal email address, information, your address, details of booking and payment transactions, refunds, cancellations, booking statements and reports and other related transaction details.

      1. includes internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website. We will collect this information automatically when you visit or use our Platform.

      2. to store information that you have provided to our Stylists for the use and access of that information by other Stylists in the provision of the Services to you;

      5. to identify you and manage any accounts you hold on the Platform;
      6. to process your order;
      7. to conduct research, statistical analysis and behavioural analysis;
      8. to provide you with information about other services we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about;
      9. to provide you, with information about goods or services we feel may interest you. If you are an existing customer, we will only contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) with information about goods and services similar to those, which were the subject of a previous sale or negotiations of a sale to you.   13. Sharing of Personal Data

        2. if you have booked the Service, to the Stylist to enable him/her to provide the Service effectively;

We do not disclose information about identifiable individuals to our advertisers, but we will provide them with aggregate information about our users (for example, we may inform them that 500 men aged under 30 have clicked on their advertisement on any given day)
        4. Third party services such as Stripe who use the data entered for the processing of payments
